These terms apply to the PiggyFils pre-launch website, waitlist, prototypes, and related communications. PiggyFils is not yet a live financial product.
Pre-Launch Status
PiggyFils is in development. Website content, prototypes, waitlist positions, benefits, launch dates, and product features may change. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, account approval, product availability, pricing, or regulatory approval.

Eligibility
The website and waitlist are intended for people interested in PiggyFils, especially students and young professionals in the UAE. Future products may have additional eligibility requirements, identity checks, residency requirements, and partner bank or regulatory conditions.
Waitlist
You agree to provide accurate information when joining the waitlist. We may remove duplicate, false, abusive, or suspicious entries. Referral codes and waitlist positions are promotional and may be adjusted to prevent abuse or correct errors.

- Do not submit false, misleading, unlawful, or harmful information.
- Do not use PiggyFils branding or content without permission.
Intellectual Property
PiggyFils branding, website content, designs, prototypes, and related materials belong to PiggyFils or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use them commercially without written permission.
